Job Description Be part of a high-impact, client-side Project Controls Team that is working on a nationally significant Defence project in Adelaide. This team plays a critical role in shaping strategic delivery outcomes across a transformative portfolio. As part of the Project Controls team, you’ll be at the forefront of driving excellence in program assurance and change control. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Program/Project Change Contro ller/Manager to take ownership of the change control within the Project or Program Area. In this role, you will: Manage change control to the relevant Project or Program, including tracking, reporting and analysis of variations and emerging trends. Work within the newly established Change Control Team as part of the wider Project Controls Function, assisting in embedding newly formed Change processes and procedures Provide strategic insights to the client by identifying key risks, opportunities and impacts arising from change activity. Coordinate integrated baseline management exercises throughout the program lifecycle. Be part of a high-performing team who are assessing all program change/variation requests, ensuring timely and robust impact assessments across cost, schedule and risk are completed by the relevant project teams. Develop internal capability through training, coaching and recruitment of subject matter experts. Collaborate closely with Project Control Leads, Cost Controllers, Planners, Project Directors, Sponsors, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Support the delivery of programme controls maturity and efficiency improvements.
